Siringit Villa sits beside the fifth fairway of the Kilimanjaro Golf and Wildlife Estate at Usa River, on the Arusha side of Kilimanjaro International Airport. It is about 25 minutes from the airport, which makes it one of the closest quality properties to the evening KLM and Qatar arrivals, and about 45 minutes from Arusha town and the Arusha airstrip for the morning flight to the Serengeti.

• • Arrival Night: A late arrival still means a real night’s sleep; most guests are at the villa within half an hour of clearing immigration.

• • The Morning Flight: The drive to the Arusha airstrip is under an hour, so the scheduled flight to the Serengeti does not require a dawn departure.

• • Arusha Layover: For guests adding a layover night, Arusha National Park is 25 minutes away for a half-day game drive or canoe on the Momella lakes, and the estate’s golf, spa, and walking and cycling trails fill a quiet day without leaving the gates.

• • Mountain Views: Meru rises directly behind the estate and Kilimanjaro shows itself to the east on clear mornings, usually around sunrise before the cloud builds.

The estate is gated and home to free-roaming impala, Thomson’s gazelle, zebra, and warthog, with a wide variety of birds in the gardens.

Six Bedrooms in One House

Siringit Villa has six bedrooms, bookable individually or as a whole house for a private family or group stay.

• • Bedrooms (6): Spacious, contemporary rooms with views of the gardens, fairway, and mountains, made up as doubles, twins, or triples. Five have full en-suite bathrooms with a freestanding soaking tub and walk-in rain shower; the sixth has a washroom with a rain shower only. Two rooms interconnect for families and one has a fireplace.

• • In Every Room: Air conditioning and ceiling fan, mosquito nets, pure cotton linen, safe, hairdryer, charging points, and WiFi.

• • Whole-House Bookings: Taking all six rooms gives a family or group the living room, dining room, pool terrace, gardens, and chef to themselves.

Dining: The villa’s chef cooks from menus designed by Axel Janssens, built around seasonal, local produce from the estate’s organic garden. Breakfast is a buffet of cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, pastries, and juice with eggs and hot dishes cooked to order, and dinner is a private plated meal in the dining room, on the terrace, or under the stars by the pool, with a barbecue on request. Guests booking individual rooms dine together at one long table; whole-house bookings set their own menus and hours. Meals are included on your ADS itinerary; drinks are on your own account.

Wellness: The Siringit Spa by Healing Earth is a short golf cart ride away on the estate, with four open-sided massage bandas in the trees and treatments using Healing Earth’s organic African products. The villa’s own lap pool, gardens, and fire pit cover the rest.
