Summary: Explore the gem of Kenya on a 3-night extension to the Masai Mara Game Reserve. The Masai Mara is the northern extension of the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania and offers year round wildlife viewing. During the late dry season (August to October) a portion of the wildebeest migration moves into the northern regions of the Serengeti, with some of them spilling over into the Masai Mara Game Reserve of Kenya.

It is important to note that the quality and quantity of wildlife viewing can be significantly greater in the Serengeti compared with that of the Masai Mara. Accordingly, the Masai Mara Extension is only recommended in conjunction with a solid Serengeti and Tanzania Itinerary.
